Currently Vice President, Global Creative at Disney, Jean has been honored as one of Business Insider’s 30 Most Creative Women in Advertising, Advertising Working Mothers of the Year by AWNY and Working Mother Magazine and the 3 Cheers Award from the 3% Conference.

A native New Yorker, she has 25+ years of experience building brands and growing diverse talent agency side at DDB, BBDO, Merkley + Partners, M&C Saatchi and Saatchi & Saatchi. Jean’s work has been recognized by the Addy's, AICP, Clios, Communication Arts, Effies, London International, Luerzer's Archive, New York Festival, Shorties, Webbies and Ad Council's Gold Bell for Public Service.

Jean has written for the Drum and Ad Age, been a speaker at the New York Festival, the 3% Conference and One Club Leadership retreat and judged Cannes Glass Lion, the One Show, Young Ones and AdColor Awards.
