Dwayne Serjeant is an Executive Director at Ernst and Young, where he currently holds two roles - as a leader in the Experience Design practice, and as the Studio Lead for EY Hong Kong’s Wavespace Design & Innovation Studio.
Prior to joining EY, Dwayne spent 15 years with Isobar, a leading global digital design agency under Dentsu, where he wore CD and MD hats, before taking on the Regional Experience Design role across APAC. Dwayne has also founded and co-founded startups in the agency and technology spaces.
Born as a graphic designer, Dwayne’s work has covered the gamut from traditional design and publishing, through digital, physical, spatial and packaging.
