Sayoko Osada is a multidisciplinary designer, making worlds with spaces, stories, and systems. With belief that the “environment is worth a million words,” she helps people tell stories through space in forms of sets, experiences, retail, and more. Clients include Nike, Adidas, Ivy Park, HYPEBEAST, Google, Proenza Schouler, and Kate Spade.
In 2020, Sayoko founded School of Space, an educational ecosystem making spatial design accessible to all creatives. Part school and part studio, School of Space provides learning and creative opportunities for expressing through space. Driven by her mission to envision the future of expressive environments, she is building a diverse spatial design community by bringing together people from multiple disciplines, senses, industries, realities, and cultures.
