Take a 6ft bundle of creative enthusiasm, and you stumble upon Ross Clugston, a creative directing, illustrating, film shooting yeti. Ross is currently Chief Creative Officer of Superunion in North America, and leads design teams and creative output for the region. Throughout his career his team’s work has been recognized by Cannes, D&AD, AIGA and the ADC. Current clients include NASA, Coca-Cola, Mazda, and Microsoft. He loves elevating the culture of the studio, running workshops, and mentoring young creatives. He also makes surfboards in his basement.
