Wale Gbadamosi-Oyekanmi is a 39 years-old man, raised by Nigerian mother in Paris. He is a daring adventurer, father and visionary. After studying marketing at Dauphine University then media at La Sorbonne (Paris), Wale Gbadamosi-Oyekanmi starts his career at TF6 and ENDEMOL. A year later, he joins the team of COYOTE, one of the largest production houses in France. He creates and adapts new programs first for television (TF1, M6, France Télévisions) and then for the web (Canalstreet.tv).

Carried away by his desires from elsewhere, Wale decides to travel the world for 18 months and to relate his adventures on worldwale.com, which gives him a taste for digital tools. A tweet in the summer of 2010 gives him the opportunity to work for Buzzman: an advertising agency, where he develops social media strategies for clients such as MTV, Sfr, Axe, Google and Durex.

In 2011, Wale dares new experiences and makes his dream job come true by founding Darewin, his own agency. Dare.Win was born out from a desire to reinvent brands’ content strategies through daring experiences and new formats across entertainment. Dare.Win has since become one of France’s most exciting and innovative digital creative agencies, leader in entertainment working with most prestigious and innovative brands: Netflix, Nike, Google, Warner Bros France, TV5MONDE, La Française des Jeux and PlayStation.

Sir Martin Sorrell recognised Dare.Win’s potential, sharing the same thoughts/ambition about digital future, and that’s how the merger with Sir Martin Sorrell’s international MediaMonks group began in 2020. 2 years later, Dare.Win, now Media.Monks Paris reinvents its clients’ marketing and accompanies them in their transformation, through an integrated offer based on 4 pillars: content (film, agile productions, social media, influence, connected experiential), data, digital media buying, and technology. With nearly 200 talents from all walks of life, resulting from the merger of Dare.Win and MightyHive’s talents, Media.Monks Paris has gained new prestigious and innovative clients such as Mondelez, BMW/MINI and L'Oréal.
