True to his surname, Mihai won over 160 gongs in his 19 years career spanning two continents. His latest crop with Cheil Centrade Bucharest includes a IAB Mixx Europe Grand Prix, a Gold LIA, a Gold Effie, as well as the Most Awarded Agency at Webstock Awards and in the Top FICE.
Before his current regional creative lead role for Cheil Worldwide Southeast Europe, he has helped TOMORROW Shanghai win two back-to-back titles of Greater China Boutique Agency of the Year.
Prior to that, he has led GMP/Jung von Matt Bucharest to two titles of CEE Independent Agency of the Year at Golden Drum. He has also been a Global CD on MINI at Jung von Matt/Spree Berlin and helped the legendary German network win Independent Agency of the Year titles at NYF, D&AD and Cannes Lions, respectively.
He has served in several international juries the likes of LIA, D&AD, ADC Europe, The Intercontinental Cup, Euro Effies, and has been a jury president in Golden Drum and WINA Awards.
