Arran is Senior Director of Creative at PlayStation Studios, where he leads an award- winning in-house creative team of multidisciplinary brand-builders, artists, technologists, and storytellers. Over the course of his 17+ year career, he has worked on over 100+ games across the PlayStation family and beyond, to create impactful world-class content that inspires and astounds. Originally from Scotland, Arran joined Sony Interactive Entertainment’s London Studio in 2004 on development of the BAFTA award-winning SingStar franchise. After five years of game development and helping craft and evolve a small internal creative team into a now industry-leading global creative powerhouse, he joined The Mill as ECD and later Head of Games. Never one to underestimate the power of PlayStation, Arran came back to the Sony Interactive Entertainment family in 2012, moving to San Diego California, where he now leads creative teams working with genre-defining IP such as The Last of Us, God of War, Uncharted, Horizon, Marvel’s Spider-Man, and many more.
