Jennifer Heuer is an award winning book cover designer, illustrator, and art director. She studied design at Pratt Institute where she later taught for 5 years. Jen has been part of teams at HarperCollins and Simon & Schuster before starting a decade plus run as a freelance cover designer and editorial illustrator as well as freelance art director for the New York Times. Her work as been recognized by AIGA, TDC, 50Books/50Covers, and Ai-AP. She’s currently an art director at Penguin Random House.
