Laura Cibilich is the Co-Founder and Executive Creative Director at Run. Based in Aotearoa New Zealand, Run is a female-led and purpose-driven creative agency she founded in 2008, and now leads with her husband Raymond Otene McKay (Waikato, Ngāti Kahungunu, Ngāti Porou, Ngāti Awa). Run is fast becoming known as the go-to agency for cultural creative communications. Her work has been recognized at award ceremonies including Spikes Asia, Cannes Lions, AGDA, Indigo, WOLDA, Design Week UK, PANZ, Axis, Ad Stars, Communication Arts, NZ Marketing, Best, Campaign Asia-Pacific Women to Watch, B&T Women Leading Tech and Fast Company’s Innovation by Design Awards. Having started her career as a graphic designer more than 20 years ago, Laura has since led and consulted on strategic branding, creative, advertising, design, partnership and event projects for government agencies, NGOs, charities, health, education and tourism organizations across Aotearoa New Zealand, Australia, Europe, Canada and the Pacific. Not one to do things the conventional way, Laura is a champion for empowering women and underrepresented groups in the creative industry, knowing that together they have the power to change the world.
