Olga has been honored with the prestigious Group President's Award in the business category, a distinction that celebrates her outstanding contributions to the organization. Within the R&D organization, she has been commended as an innovator and catalyst, known for inspiring and training multifunctional teams while fostering impeccable collaboration and dynamic team dynamics. Her strength lies in consistently leveraging design as a competitive advantage, transforming it into a compelling vision and a well-articulated strategy. This has resulted in her receiving the distinguished Brand Master Award, bestowed by P&G's Chief Marketing Officer. The Brand Master award is reserved for exceptional brand builders within P&G, recognizing leaders who consistently demonstrate sustained excellence, pioneer groundbreaking innovations, foster mastery in others, and create exceptional value for consumers and the company through their contributions to multiple brands. This esteemed honor is bestowed upon only eight individuals in an organization of 10,000, serving as a testament to Olga's accomplishments and commitment to business growth. Olga's unique approach to brand building revolves around three key elements: First, she developed the bespoke methodology called "Eight2Desire" by conducting an extensive study and analysis of heritage and start-up brands. This methodology delivers as a holistic brand vision which is then integrated into the masterplan, guiding the marketing and innovation organizations. Second, she is a leading expert in the application of Cognitive Science to brand building strategies. By understanding how the human brain works, she leverages scientific principles to create brands that break through the clutter, are easily understood and memorable, and evoke emotional responses. Third, she has cultivated an extensive global network of agencies, designers, and artists, enabling her to identify the right talent for each brand. This network elevates creativity, holistic thinking, and high-quality execution, One of Olga's most remarkable accomplishments is the creation of Eye On Beauty, designed to train the Beauty eye, mind, and craft (Beauty IQ+EQ). The application provides constant analysis of various brands and products, offering Cognitive Science analysis of industry-leading work and expert opinions. Eye On Beauty fosters "collective intelligence" by enabling the sharing of best practices and personalization. An impressive 94% of the organization across all disciplines engages in learning about beauty, with 70% using the app weekly. Users have praised the application, describing it as a breakthrough for competitive advantage, an out-of-the-box experience that boosts knowledge, a treasure trove of insights, a catalyst for personal growth, and an incredible source of inspiration that feels indulgent. It has also fostered a sense of community where everyone contributes. Before joining P&G, Olga served as the Design Director for Glamour Magazine at Condé Nast Publications in New York. Her exceptional work has been featured in design exhibits, events, and shows in the USA, Korea, and Spain, and has garnered recognition in major design publications and newspapers. Olga actively lectures on the application of Cognitive Science to Brand Building and is the author of the book "Eye for Color," which analyzes and showcases the best use of color in art, design, fashion, and nature worldwide. Furthermore, Olga's dedication to education led her to serve as a Professor at the Pratt Institute of New York for over 10 years, where she taught graduate students Visual Communication, Packaging, Typography, and Editorial Design.
