He is currently a Director of Product, Strategy, and Design at a leading insurance company, working at the innovation lab, using machine learning, data science, software engineering, AI, agility, UX and design thinking, to transform the customer experience for millions of Canadians. His focus is on delivering top-notch experiences bridging the gap between business objectives and design. He is a recipient of several national and international awards in design, including the coveted Art Director's Club Global Young Guns in 2011.
