I’m Patricia, creative director with more than 15 years of experience, working in agencies in Brazil such as Africa, Ogilvy, FBiz, Grey and in Spain at CircusMediaMonks, DDB, PS21 and now at Ogilvy, leading a team made up of 90% women.

Before joining Ogilvy, I worked as Head of Art at PS21. During this time, some ethical problems surfaced in the agency and an ethics committee was created. I joined it to develope a code of legal ethics, for employees and clients, to prevent more situations like this.

As the only female creative lead at PS21, I was part of the team that won 3 Cannes Lions, One Show, ElOJO, ElSol, and worked with clients such as KFC, McDonalds, BBVA Bank, Alvalle Global and AliExpress.

In Madrid I was an ArtSkills teacher at Miami Ad School and I gave a talk at Brother school, where I showed the campaigns we developed.

It took me a while to understand how I consider my work good enough and how far I can go. Now I feel ready to be where I am and be the leader I always wanted to be.
