I am a filmmaker, poet and creative who has always seen life's beauty through storytelling. I believe that in a world full of barriers, language can drive meaningful change, and I have used it to positively impact my community and my team. My vision has been to change how businesses interact with their communities while raising the voices of members who are often left unheard, such as women and children.

One of the ways I have done this is by helping to raise the profile for women in engineering through "Engineering Equality" - a campaign I developed and led for Synergetic Energy Partners during my time as Brands Lead. In my day-to-day work, I strive to lead projects and participate in work that helps our society become more inclusive through gender and education equality. Other regional and international award winning campaigns I have led or been a part of include: Roto Tank's "Lesso Lessons”, P&G’s "Songa Na Pamper's Pants", ICEA LION's "Toto Education Plan”, Kenchic's “Breasts for Breasts”, ABSA’s “Barclays Rebranding to ABSA” and “Torch of Possibilities”, among others.

In the 5 years since I began my career, I have seen the power that marketing and advertising can have on changing the minds and lives of others, and I hope to continue using this power to make the world a more equitable place in the years to come.

When I'm not wearing my agency hat, you can find me riding a motorcycle along twisties, brewing a fresh cup of tea or filling my journals with prose and poetry (soon to be published on @snippets.soul on IG).
