From 2016 to 2018, I was the only girl in the creative team, and in the entire agency. It's an important point because from the beginning I positioned myself as the one making sure that female and diverse talent was hired.

Since 2018 I've been teaching creative copywriting at a creative school in Madrid named The Atomic Garden, having the opportunity to meet and train future generations of creatives. Thanks to this work as a professor, I realize that that the future is shining. I have seen very creative female students being firm, clear, self-confident, and I'm very proud of all of them.

I'm part of the feminist collective @quieroynopuedo (something like "I want, but I can't). We formed in 2019 with the aim of giving voice and space to all those women who, even wanting to attend the march and strike, their patriarchal burden prevented them.
