Neema's curiosity and fascination with the human mind and behaviour is what prompted her to pursue and complete a degree in Psychology and Anthropology. The same curiosity spilt over into an intense love affair with words and a desire to document her thoughts and unique approach on issues affecting women and society as a whole. This, in turn, gave birth to a very successful blog that reached a viewership of over 700 000. The spin off from the blog resulted in various collaborations with some of the biggest brands on the continent and an opportunity to work with and pick at the brains of some of the finest creative minds in the industry. Today Neema, a 2020 Next Creative Leader Africa and Middle East Regional Winner, is a writer at The Odd Number where she continues to connect and collaborate with global thought leaders in the industry.
