Nathan is currently the Head of Global Sustainability Programs & Partnerships at Google and has 20 years of experience in creative and complex program management, development and execution. He sits on Google's Hardware Sustainability Council and is Chair of the LGBTQ+ Council for the Hardware Division. Since joining Google in 2015, he has managed the strategy, development, production, and execution of numerous global sustainability, design, brand, and marketing efforts. These efforts include global sustainability initiatives for the Hardware division, the design and build of Google's first flagship stores in Manhattan and Brooklyn (both achieving LEED Platinum), four global hardware launch events, a range of product marketing and creative initiatives, and experiential exhibitions at both Milan Design Week and Tokyo DesignArt. Prior to joining Google, Nathan held positions at the Clinton Foundation, Saatchi & Saatchi, Carbon War Room and the National Audubon Society. He is passionate about environmental work and supporting the LGBTQ+ community. He sits on the Circular Design Council of the Ellen MacArthur Foundation, on the Board of the 501c3 nonprofit BioDesign Challenge and is an MBA candidate in Sustainability at Yale University.
