Frederic Bonn is the Global Chief Creative Officer and a Partner at DLG (Digital Luxury Group), an independent digital agency for international luxury & lifestyle brands with offices in Geneva, Shanghai and New York. At DLG, Frederic leads and mentors teams across regions to create elevated digital experiences and storytelling for brands such as Glenfiddich, Patek Philippe or Hine Cognac. Throughout his career, Frederic has worked alongside high-profile brands to deliver innovative projects such as Louis Vuitton’s Journeys global campaign, Mercedes-Benz’s Tweet Race, or L’Oréal Paris’ digital reinvention. He has worked in Paris, London and New York for agencies such as EuroRSCG (Havas), Ogilvy, Razorfish, Mirum & J. Walter Thompson, and Hearst. From helping Razorfish land a top spot on the Ad Age A-List for two consecutive years to being recognized many times over with awards from The One Show, The CLIOs, The Webby Awards, Effie Awards, Art Directors Club, Eurobest, and the London International Awards, Frederic has endeavoured to act as a catalyst for change throughout his career to help inspire and engage his teams, as well as taking on collaborative partnership roles with his clients to ensure the best creative outcomes. Frederic has also served as a judge at leading creative award shows like the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, the One Show, the Art Directors Club, and the London International Awards. He is a frequent speaker at industry events on the importance of inclusive work culture to foster creativity, and has worked with the Betterman Conference to create the Betterman cards, a card game to fight bias in the workplace, or with L’Oréal on the StandUp Program, a training program to combat the issue of street harassment. He has also collaborated with the Wharton School on the Future of Advertising program, and taught at Miami Ad School.
