Carla Eboli is an award winning, international, Communications Industry and Agency Leader, with expertise in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Multicultural Market, Public Relations and Public Speaking, and large experience both across the U.S. and Latin America. Carla has been part of the Omnicom Group for almost 20 years. She joined the BBDO family in 2019 as EVP of Multicultural, DE&I Lead where she is primarily focused on developing these disciplines across clients and brands. She is also part of OPEN – Omnicom People Engagement Network – as an Agency Leader and Diversity Champion, leading several efforts including the creation of Omnicom’s first LatinX ERG, AcentO. Prior to BBDO, Carla worked for 11 years as the first CMO of Dieste (also part of Omnicom), focused on promoting the agency’s growth and stay top-of-mind among the media and key opinion leaders. Carla also served as the Director of Healthcare at Ketchum Brazil (Omnicom / Sao Paulo) working for global clients such as Pfizer (being responsible for the public relations campaign that launched Spiriva, a company’s blockbuster in Brazil) Genentech/Roche (being responsible for the development of PR launching campaigns for Avastin and Herceptin in LatAm) Bayer, Boehringer Ingelheim, Merck and others. Carla is deeply involved with entities focused on DEI; she seats at ADCOLOR Board of Directors, and is an active member of She Runs It Chicago, as a mentor and committee leader as well as a committee head and active member of Alliance for Inclusive and Multicultural Marketing - AIMM / ANA. Carla graduated with a degree in Journalism in Brazil – where she was born – and moved to the USA in 2008. She currently lives in Chicago and loves the winter (believe it or not).
