Colin spent 2 decades working in China across cities in Shanghai, Beijing and Hong Kong. A well-aged and intrepid creative who is acclimatized to the ever-changing landscapes of China, he leans on his good sense to understanding local values to draft his creative blueprints for the market. Trained as a graphic designer in Singapore, Colin stumbled into advertising in the late 90s. He has kept his work multidisciplinary with a keen eye for visual design, and a strategic mind for brand and integrated campaign communications. Over his career, he is fortunate to have created a body of work that won accolades at both local and international creative shows such as Cannes, Clio, London International, One Show, Effies, Adfest, AMEs, and the China 4As. While winning is always good thing, he is foremost committed to winning hearts and minds before trophies. A reason why he is preoccupied with creating purposeful, thoughtful and artful work. Colin now leads the iconic MINI account in BBH Shanghai.
