After roles at Serviceplan, Google and Dropbox, Isabelle joined Ogilvy Germany in 2016. Two years later, she became the agency's Chief Strategy Officer and, at the age of 33, the youngest board member of any major agency network in Germany. She has since led strategy for national & global clients like Allianz, Audi, American Express, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Deutsche Bahn, and The Coca-Cola Company. Under her leadership Ogilvy Germany won two Creative Effectiveness Lions in Cannes. In 2019, Isabelle also brought Ogilvy Consulting to Germany. As a board member of GWA – the German association for leading agencies – she recently co-founded THE STRATEGY COLLECTIVE, a network for strategists and planners with the mission to re-ignite the craft in Germany, co-creating a vision for the future of strategy, while building visibility, creating spaces to collaborate, and growing talents. She also co-hosts the podcast “Strat Talks”, which explores different aspects and challenges of the discipline. Isabelle strongly believes in the power diversity, equity and inclusion have in creating healthier, happier and more successful organisations and the responsibility of the advertising industry to drive positive change.
