Pamela Workman is a performance driven brand marketing and communications executive for the advertising, marketing and media industries with 20 years of experience in the industry. She currently is the VP, PR and Corporate Communications at National CineMedia, the largest cinema advertising network in the US. In this role she leads and manages all internal, external and financial communications for the company. Committed to belonging, dignity and justice for all people, she has built and run internal communication programs to enhance culture, inclusivity and equity in the workplace. She is considered a trusted advisor to C-Suite and key stakeholders. Previously she held roles as EVP, Head of Brand for award-winning, sonic branding and design studio Made Music Studio and SVP Reputation Management at Grey Advertising. Pam consistently and successfully builds brand equity and engagement with key audiences through strategic public relations, communications, content marketing programs and partnerships. A collaborative leader, Pam thrives when working across departments and agency partners - from research to creative – exceling in turning data and insights into narratives, thought leadership and marketable content. 
Her business focused PR strategies, in deep collaboration with sales, have led to increased market share, growth of new business units, along with major book and podcast deals, a Fast Company Most Innovative Award and Most Innovative Workplace award, and countless A level executive presentations from the stages of Cannes Lions to SXSW. Pam is committed to the arts and art education to cultivate connection, find meaning and create community. She sits on the board of Tatter, a textile arts education center, literary journal and research library in based in Brooklyn. She lives in New York City with her husband and daughter.
