Rob Baird

Co-Founder & Chief Creative Officer, Preacher Austin, TX

In 2014, Rob Baird co-founded PREACHER in Austin, TX, with Seth Gaffney and Krystle Loyland two longtime colleagues from Mother New York. They were looking for more room to experiment, and found it in a huge disheveled nightclub formerly called Karma Lounge. After burning a lot of sage, they began working on a wide range of projects for a wide range of clients, with a current roster including: Beam Suntory, ESPN, Tommy John, Crate & Barrel, Saint Archer Brewing Co., The Container Store and YETI.

Prior to Preacher, Rob spent almost a decade in the New York and London offices of Mother leading award-winning creative for Virgin Mobile, Stella Artois, Coca-Cola, and Sour Patch Kids.

He has been lucky enough to have his work featured in every major advertising award show over the years, and occasionally has been mentioned in his family's annual Holiday letter.
