Nike
A hybrid business and creative soul, Katie Allen has spent the past two
decades inside some of the most innovative and creative agencies and
brands in the world. Known for balancing her love of art and science, Katie
has grown culture, business and ideas that have pushed the industry forward.
Katie is currently at Nike as the Global VP of Digital Creative. Throughout her
time at Nike, she has led teams within both the business and creative
organizations in North America and Globally.
Prior to Nike, Katie was the Head of Brand at Google where she was vital in
Google’s switch to activating their brand as a product. A mindset that allowed
a new offense to grow that tackled Google’s most important brand and
reputation opportunities in an entirely new way.
Katie considers herself raised by her Wieden and Kennedy family, where she
spent many of her first years in the business. Among the numerous life and
career lessons she was lucky enough to be taught by the icons of advertising
that surrounded her, she found that finding, listening and projecting her own
voice was the very best gift of all.
