The One Club's 'Where Are All The Black People' event is advertising's largest diversity conference & career. Since 2011, WAATBP has helped Black talent upskill, network, and find jobs. WAATBP has had roots in NYC for over a decade and now we're going on tour to connect with Black adtalent across the country. Our first pop-up will take place in Atlanta!
We're teaming up with The Come Up founders Dèja Mays and Kelsey Matthews to provide resources and community for mid-level creatives who want to connect and level up. The foundation of The Come Up is found in the quote “Your network is your net worth.” Gathering over food gives depth to new connections and yields new opportunities—leading to the launch of The Come Up series. It’s time to build!”
Soon, you can expect The Come Up in a city near you with curated brunch, mixers, and dinner experiences–all geared towards connecting creators, leveraging new resources, and positive vibes.
What To Expect?
Get ready for an experience like no other with creative resources and panel discussions featuring industry talent from across the gamut. This event is an industry-wide call to all mid-level advertisers and above to join important conversations accompanied by a soulful brunch and lively music. All disciplines including creative, strategy, account, media, etc., are welcome to attend. We’re happy to be on the come up with you!
Please note, this event has limited capacity. You will only receive an email to purchase your $40 ticket once your RSVP is confirmed. The ticket includes light brunch, panels, & networking.
